You can make an appointment by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to +45 31844698 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Guido will answer you, asking which is the best day and time when both can coordinate the meeting.
I offer brief therapy, typically between 8 and 10 sessions, for those who are looking to address specific issues with focused interventions. This approach can be especially effective for challenges like anxiety, stress, or adjustment difficulties.
However, some clients choose to engage in longer-term therapy to explore deeper emotional patterns, relational dynamics, or existential concerns. The duration of the process depends on your needs, goals, and what feels most supportive for you.
We’ll regularly check in to evaluate your progress and decide together what pace and depth are right for you.
Therapy can support you in different ways, depending on what you’re going through. Sometimes, we work with concrete tools like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure techniques, or emotional regulation strategies—especially when dealing with anxiety, phobias, or negative thought patterns.
At other times, therapy provides space to explore deeper emotional experiences, relational wounds, or inner conflicts that are harder to name but still shape your life. We may also work on existential questions—like identity, meaning, belonging, or the impact of major life transitions.
I adapt the process to your pace and needs. Whether you’re looking for practical strategies or a space to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity and self-awareness.
You can always decide to stop the treatment, and it will cancel subsequent sessions immediately. The best way to do so is to arrange one last session where you will be able to receive feedback from the psychologist. In that way, you will be able to count on valuable information about different aspects of yourself and your context, which will serve you to continue your further assessment of the future strategies to consider.
In our therapeutic space, we will perform regular meetings, talking and sharing about some situations, but I will never prescribe medication since psychologists cannot prescribe them. Psychotherapy will always work as a complementary part of the treatment when the client is already under drug treatment given by a psychiatrist. Sometimes medication is needed when the person can’t be emotionally stable by himself, so the psychotherapeutic treatment can not be carried out.
As a private psychologist, I do not accept referrals from the GP for the public subsidy. However, I recommend that you first check with your health insurance provider—some private policies do reimburse sessions with independent psychologists like myself.
If your insurance accepts it, I’m happy to collaborate by providing the necessary documentation.

-
A tailored treatment designed around your specific needs and goals
When choosing the right psychologist, there are some essential factors to consider: how have you felt with the first contact, either by phone or email, if you like the approach and dynamic, and how their address your situation. If you felt comfortable during the first sessions and agreed, it was helpful for you. If you trust the therapist or it was recommended for a friend. Another thing to watch out, if you notice any positive change after some time.
