The first is called Self-awareness.
Self-awareness is the capacity to recognize one’s own thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations. It involves identifying and understanding one’s mental processes, motivations, and tendencies and how they impact one’s thoughts, behaviours, and decisions. From the first hour in the morning, we begin thinking about how the day will be, how many things must be done, and our expectations for the day.
Taking 5 to 10 minutes along the journey to calm down, breathe and be grateful, motivated and aware of how one is experiencing the day is fantastic not to feel trapped and lack meaning in what we do.
